PBSA News and TPMS announce media partnership

PBSA News and The Property Marketing Strategists announce media partnership for industry and customer insights.

The Property Marketing Strategists (TPMS) are delighted to announce that PBSA News are the new media partners of The Property Marketing Lounge and Youth Forum events.

This exciting new partnership will enable these successful series to provide further value to the sector, ensuring that relevant customer and industry insight is shared to a broader audience within the property sector.

Plans for 2023 include relaunching The Property Marketing Lounge – The Podcast series and a brand-new Masterclass series where experts can share their skills with those working in property.

The Podcast series evolved from the team’s successful The Property Marketing Lounge webinar sessions and ensures that the student accommodation, Build to Rent, and co-living industry connects and discusses the issues that matter.

“We’re thrilled to be supporting The Property Marketing Strategists as their official media partner for 2023. With aligned values, our partnership will support, encourage, and offer huge exposure for the Youth Forum and The Property Marketing Lounge initiatives, which are hugely beneficial for the sector.” - Nick Biring, Co-founder, PBSA News

The Youth Forum - delivered in partnership with Dig-In and sponsored by The Crowd Agency - is also returning for another year, offering further access to the property sectors growing Gen Z audience.

The Youth Forum puts the customer at the centre of what a home should be, ensuring that however you support the property industry there is access to the insights that matter on accommodation, homes, lifestyle and what is on young people’s minds.

“The team at PBSA News have always been incredibly supportive of our initiatives and therefore when looking for a media partner for 2023, they were the obvious choice. With such a large platform, we can bring greater insight and content to an even wider audience – ensuring that our partners and sponsors receive even more exposure for the great work they are doing in the sector. This partnership means we can keep providing value to the real estate sector – which is at the heart of what drives us to keep innovating and being curious.” Sarah Canning & Deenie Lee, The Property Marketing Specialists

During 2021 and 2022, TPMS successfully launched these events to add value and insight into the property industry after research revealed 80% of marketers don’t feel their organisation involves the customers in decisions about product (The Property Marketing Strategists, The Property Marketing Survey 2021).

Since then, 2000 people have signed up for the events, 65 participants have been part of the Lounge and over 3000 young people have been involved in the Youth Forum surveys and focus group sessions.
