MARKETING AUDIT

Sulets, a not-for-profit student accommodation lettings agency in Leicester, approached TPMS to carry out a marketing audit to identify more efficient ways of maximising occupancy and attracting new landlords. 

Sulets are backed by the Student Unions of both University of Leicester and De Montfort University and therefore wanted to ensure that they are efficient with their marketing spend and maximising all opportunities. 

We carried out a detailed marketing audit and were able to provide a comprehensive report which included analysis on; the market, competitors, proposition and pricing, digital advertising, marketing assets and budget.  

Sulets were able to take the findings from the audit to make positive changes in their marketing straight away.
