The team are full of interesting ideas and topics to convey but without any internal marketers, this content was getting lost or unable to prioritise. Once embedded into SAY, our team were quickly able to identify key messages and develop a content strategy that highlighted the strong work that SAY is delivering for the sector.
These topics are often technical and cover subjects as wide as ESG, rental reforms and fire cladding legislation. Each piece of content must be thoroughly researched and approved to ensure the audience can easily identify the expertise available in the SAY team and be confident in the team’s approachability to work with them.

We connect with the organisers of the events and connect with organisers to co-create publicity and information. We have achieved significant PR coverage, most notably in Property Week and Estates Gazette.

In the first five months, we increased their followers by 87%, reactions 140% and reposts 170% on LinkedIn which has tangibly increased website traffic by 20% but most significantly, the time on site has increased by almost a minute indicating the quality of content is retaining the audience for longer.
