INSIGHT AND BRAINSTORM WORKSHOP
The Crowd Agency produce exceptional campaigns for their clients, helping brands to make lifelong connections with students. They understand the importance of knowing what their customers want and were therefore keen to work with us and use the student research we have produced to help them to perfect their product offering.
We held a bespoke face-to-face workshop for The Crowd Agency to help them to understand how to market to accommodation providers, looking at opportunities and challenges and also to give them an understanding of what community means to students.
The workshop not only gave a student accommodation bootcamp providing key insights into how PBSA operators are structured and the challenges the marketing and operations team can face within an operational cycle but we were able to provide relevant insights from our Gen Z research to give The Crowd Agency some real data on what students want from their community, how they want to co-live and how they use technology. We were then able to use these findings to brainstorm their products and services.
Our tailored workshop gave the team an opportunity to come together for the day and they came away with lots of new ideas and solutions.
