Following a new management team and significant growth, Collegiate first approached us to undertake an audit of its marketing department. This led to an in depth report being delivered and presented to the executive team detailing improvements in marketing strategy, systems and processes.  

MARKETING EXPERTISE

During the audit process, Deenie stepped in to support the executive team as acting Marketing Director. Working closely with the executive and marketing team, we were able to begin the process of redeveloping marketing strategies and approaches whilst building a team that could support the new operating platform and business size.  

Our work shows significant improvements in internal and external communications, marketing strategies and increased occupancy levels across the business. 

MARKETING RECRUITMENT

As Acting Marketing Director, a key output was to recruit a permanent Marketing Director that could drive the team and support the executive team in its ambitious growth plans. This is now achieved however, our team remain working with Collegiate UK to provide ongoing consultancy support which utilises Deenie and Sarah’s expertise and knowledge of the sector to support Collegiate to deliver on its business goals.
