MARKETING AUDIT 

aparto is an award-winning student accommodation provider with locations throughout the UK and Ireland as well as in Italy and Spain - and soon France.

aparto (Barcelona) commissioned The Property Marketing Strategists to audit its local marketing and sales strategy to determine effectiveness of the activity and marketing budgets. The work reviewed ROI and how well the strategy was tailored to its three core audiences.

We carried out a detailed audit and were able to provide a comprehensive report which included analysis on; market and competitors, pricing and proposition, website, SEO, booking system, photography and videography, digital advertising, social media, email comms, community, signage, messaging, ROI and budget. 

MARKETING STRATEGY  

Through the audit process the team were able to actively report on the ongoing themes which were impacting the marketing effectiveness and therefore the occupancy of the aparto Barcelona student accommodation. The detailed marketing strategy aimed to stabilise the assets, whilst achieving occupancy targets with a short- and long-term action plan.
