As advocates of research, we wanted to understand how marketing is viewed within the PRS sector. We had lots of hunches and questions, but we wanted evidenced answers. So in 2020, we launched our Property Marketing Survey.
In this document, we share how brand is viewed across PRS and how the perceived role of the marketer differs between those in the department and business leaders. Some of the most influential and respected names in PRS have also commented and contributed to the research to lend their valued views on some of the key findings. Most importantly we provide solutions as to how to overcome the challenges identified by property professionals.
